Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years experience preferably within a health industry (fresh graduate are welcome)
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor degree, majoring in nursing/midwifery/other relevant health sector
- Willing to work in a shift system
- Passionate about offering great service
- Attention to detail, good communication skills, and adaptive
- Have a strong desire to achieve individual targets

Job details:
- Provide knowledgeable answers to customer regarding products and services in a professional manner
- Assist the process of scheduling with Medi-Call Partners and Customers
- Responsible for administrative work such as transaction report and recapitulation
- Develop collaborative and positive working relationships with team
